Your next patient is a 71 year-old-lady, Mrs Belle Swanson, who has come in today as she has been feeling tired all the time for the past few months, she has also been falling ill frequently in the same timeframe.

Mrs Swanson had urgent blood tests done 1 week ago by her GP.

Please elicit a focused history, examine the results, explain the diagnosis and devise a management plan.

Station time: 10 minutes (5 minutes for history + 3 minutes explaining diagnosis + 2 minutes management plan)
